"The code for the gate entered into the original booking request was NOT conveyed to the driver, and 15 minutes' time was lost for the driver and the passenger. If notes are included in the booking, the driver needs this information, especially at 5:15 am. This lack of communication between what was entered in the booking and what was told to the driver resulted in a delay for the paasenger and the passenger's host being unnecessarily awakened at 5:15 am."
