"This was a very good service: drivers were friendly, patient and felt safe on the road. On the outward journey I did find it a bit surprising to receive a phone call one hour before we left, at 6.30 in the morning, to tell us we needed to pay an extra £30 for a car bigger than the one we'd ordered, to accommodate our luggage, though. Would definitely rather have been told this further in advance and not while we were rushing to get ready. But, otherwise very happy."
"Was overall a very good experience, however there was confusion on the drivers part. He failed to understand where the pick up point for the hotel was. There was a half circle driveway he should have pulled into. This caused a delay in our pick up. Tipped directly to the driver"
